DesignIQ provides AI-powered analysis of uploaded design files, screenshots, and images. You retain all rights and ownership to the images you upload.

• You agree not to upload any content that:
  • Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

3. Accuracy of Analysis

Uploaded images are processed in real-time. We do not permanently store your uploaded designs unless you explicitly opt-in to help improve our models. Temporary files are routinely purged from our servers.

DesignIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
